The wagering or bet-through requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

For example: if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a 150% bonus of ৳3,000. To withdraw this ৳3,000, you must place a total of ৳30,000 (3,000 × 10) in wagers.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus may have its own expiry date — the terms stated in the offer details apply.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be used to play games.
• Bonus balance and real balance are calculated separately.
• If any individual or group abuses bonus benefits, bbaje reserves the right to close the account.

14 Technical Issues and Maintenance

bbaje regularly carries out platform maintenance and upgrade work. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance periods. If any game session is left incomplete during this time, bbaje will resolve it in a reasonable manner.

Winnings or prizes displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be automatically cancelled. bbaje is only responsible for outcomes in accordance with the correct instructions of the software.
